Website Subscription Terms & Conditions

1.1 "Services" refers to the website development, design, CRM integration, Google Business Profile setup/optimisation, hosting, professional email provisioning, and ongoing support provided under the £200/month plan.

1.2 "Subscription" refers to your recurring monthly payment plan of £200 for the Services.

1.3 "Minimum Commitment Period" refers to the requirement of six (6) full monthly payments before website ownership may transfer.

1.4 "Website" refers to the site created by Primed Pixels on your behalf, including all design files, code, templates, integrations, and related digital assets.

2.1 The Subscription fee is £200 per month, billed in advance on a rolling monthly basis.

2.2 Payments must be made using a valid debit/credit card or approved payment method.

2.3 Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of the Services.

2.4 All fees are non-refundable, including partial months, unless required by law.

3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, full ownership of the Website only transfers to you after six (6) consecutive monthly payments have been successfully completed.

3.2 Until the Minimum Commitment Period is fulfilled:

• The Website remains the exclusive property of Primed Pixels.
• All design files, code, hosting, integrations, and digital assets remain under our control.

3.3 Upon completion of six (6) monthly payments:

• You receive full ownership of your Website's design and static files.
• Proprietary systems, custom code components, hosting infrastructure, and integrations remain licensed to you for use, but may not be transferred or resold.

4.1 If you cancel your subscription prior to completing the Minimum Commitment Period:

• The Website will be immediately disabled and removed from public access.
• All hosting, integrations, analytics, and professional email services will cease.

4.2 No refunds or credits will be issued for any prior payments.

4.3 You may restart your Subscription at any time; however, previously created assets may require reinstatement or redevelopment at additional cost.

5.1 Website Development (Initial Build)
A custom, mobile-responsive website designed for aesthetic and beauty clinics.

5.2 CRM or Booking Platform Integration
Integration with supported third-party systems such as Fresha, Timely, Ovatu, Calendly, HubSpot CRM, or others as agreed.

5.3 Google Business Profile Setup/Optimisation
Setup, configuration, or enhancement of your clinic's Google My Business listing.

5.4 Professional Email Account
Provisioning of one (1) professional email account with up to 10GB storage.

5.5 Ongoing Website Hosting & Support
Active while your Subscription remains in good standing.

5.6 Exclusions
The Subscription does not include:

• Paid advertising management
• Additional website pages or redesigns beyond the agreed scope
• Advanced custom functionality not included in the plan
• Third-party software fees (CRM, booking platform, domain name, etc.)

6.1 Provide required information, content, branding, and assets in a timely manner.

6.2 Ensure all content supplied complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.

6.3 Maintain compliance with policies of third-party platforms integrated with your Website.

7.1 Either party may terminate the Subscription at any time with written notice.

7.2 Primed Pixels may suspend or terminate the Services if:

• Payments are repeatedly missed or disputed
• You breach these Terms
• You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity

7.3 Upon termination:

• The Website will be disabled unless ownership has transferred per Section 3
• Email and hosting services will cease
• Primed Pixels retains all rights to assets not transferred

8.1 All designs, code, templates, and digital materials remain the property of Primed Pixels until transferred under Section 3.

8.2 You may not claim ownership, resell, or redistribute the Website or its components prior to full ownership transfer.

8.3 After ownership transfer, Primed Pixels retains a perpetual license to display the project for portfolio and marketing purposes.
